Once we give you the chips, we do not offer a cancellation. If we don't credit the chips to you for a specific reason, contact customer support, and your chips will be added immediately. If we are unable to credit your chips, you can cancel your payment by contacting our customer support, and we will process your refund from our end within seven working days.
Once we give you the chips, we do not offer a refund. If you have received the refund, and even if we provide the chips, your account will no longer log in.
